Dugine Mine Services (DMS) is an Indigenous focused company that has a diverse area of works including mining, labour hire and an Australian native plant nursery.
The creation of DMS was driven out of a desire to fulfil the demand for a skilled workforce from a reliable local source of personnel, rather than sourcing labour from interstate and overseas. The result has grown into a strong and diverse company with expertise in a wide range of fields.

Dugine Mine Services
Established in 2006, Dugine Mine Services (DMS) provides surface works for the Bowen Basin coal mining industry. Although the company has a primary focus in civil and construction works, we also have firm contracts with agricultural and local government organisations for site revegetation projects.
DMS Native Plant Nursery
DMS Native Plant Nursery is spread across five acres on the outskirts of Mackay and is dedicated to growing native Australian plants in a natural environment for regrowth and revegetation. We work extensively with a number of mine operators to rehabilitate and revegetate local mine sites, as well as working closely with local council, government departments and developers to achieve local environment regeneration.
DMS Labour Hire
DMS Labour Hire is focused on supplying the right person for the job, the first time. We offer a full range of HR services including labour hire, recruitment, job placements and HR management and consultancy.
